Var. & JV schedule: Starting Monday, July 6 th Varsity and Junior Varsity practice will be from 8 am to 10:30 am every day. (Meet at the gym doors by the quad at 7:45 am).
Freshman schedule: Starting Monday, July 6 th Freshman practice will be from 3 pm to 5 pm every day. (Meet at the gym doors by the quad at 2:45 pm).
If you need to renew your physical or need a physical before July 6 th, please pick up a packet from Gerelyn Logan in A-19 or see information section of this website for printable forms.
June 15 th to July 3 rd is our required "Dead Period" (per CIF regulations). See the following link for the Dead Period work outs. click here
