The CIF-SS Championship Ring Ceremony is this Friday, May 12 at 8:30am in the gym.

Football players are to report to Sam between 7:30-8:00am to get jersey to wear in ceremony.  Players must wear pants or jeans only... no holes.  They must also wear shoes... no slippers, sandals, or flip flops.  Anyone not dressed properly will not be allowed to participate in ceremony.

Players must report to gym with jersey by 8:00am for ceremony walk-through.

Parents may attend ceremony.  Please sign-in at front office to get visitor's pass beginning at 8:00am.

Our San G Spartans won the first CIF-SS Football Championship in school's history 27-21 in OT vs Norte Vista.  After getting down 13-21 with just over 3 minutes to play, the Spartans drove the length of the field to score a TD and 2pt conversion to tie the game with 1 minute left sending the game into OT.  In OT, the defense recovered a fumble to stop Norte Vista and then the Spartan offense punched in the game winning TD from two yards out to win the CIF-SS D-7 title!

The JV team plays at Citrus Valley tomorrow at 3:15 and Citrus will be charging for the game. The Freshmen team plays at San G tomorrow and there is no charge. Come support both teams. The Freshmen game is highly anticipated match up of two good freshmen squads

San G football moved to #4 in the CIF rankings while remaining #3 in the maxpreps polls

Our Spartan football team plays at Tustin High School Friday November 18 in the CIF Quarterfinals.  Kickoff is at 7:30pm.  To avoid lines at THS, we will sell presale tickets from 11-12:45 and 2-3 in the ASB Finance office this week... general admission is $10 and student/child is $5.

We are also getting a student rooter bus for the game. $6 with ASB and $9 without ASB (includes ticket price).  Go to ASB Finance office to pay and get permission slip.  You must pay to reserve your seat.

Parents aren't allow on the sidelines during any football game. Players aren't allow to come to fence during games to talk to anyone. If there's an emergency please refrain from talking to your kids until the game is over.
