The Spartan Football program would like to invite all incoming FRESHMEN to be a part of next year’s edition of Spartan football. Our Varsity group returns 20 seniors from last year’s 5AA State Team but we have a great many opportunities on our Frosh/Soph team this year.
Freshmen will have an introduction meeting on May 13th, 2019 at 5 pm in Phil Haley Stadium. During this meeting we will discuss in more detail the calendar, fall schedule, spirit pack, athletic clearance, etc.…
Over the last two years the freshman program has won the San Andrea’s league and provides the varsity team with many of its starters on this year’s team. Come be a part of the San G legacy.

Thank you. 5.0 years ago @ 9:33PM Spartans travel to Rio Linda HS near Sacramento on Saturday December 15. Kickoff is at 6:00pm. There will be both a student rooter bus as well as an adult rooter bus. Presale tickets are available along with the rooter bus tickets at SGHS from the ASB Finance Office until 3:00pm each day. Best to call ahead around lunch time to make sure ASB Finance office is open 909-388-6080. Incredible deal for student rooter bus tickets... only $10 with ASB or $15 without ASB... includes round trip charter bus, two meals, and game ticket. Adult rooter bus ticket is $30 for round trip charter bus but does not include game ticket or meals. Game tickets are $12 adult or $8 student/child. Rooter buses will depart San G at 7:45am, stop for rest/lunch about half way, arrive at RLHS about 5:15pm, return for San G after game and arrive back at SGHS approx 4:30am.

Spartans host Garden Grove... Friday November 16 at 7:00pm in CIF-SS Football Semifinal Game... pre-sale tickets available at San G ASB Finance Office Thursday and Friday until 3:00pm... Gates open at 6:00pm Friday...
General Admission $10
HS student with ID/Children (5-13) $5
Only CIF passes allowed... no league passes for CIF playoffs

Just a heads up for Monday September 3rd we will have practice from 5pm to 8pm. We realize that it is a holiday but we have a upcoming game vs Carter and need the practice. Thank you for the support. Go Spartans!

Thank you to all those that came to the Scrimmage and Legacy Luncheon. What a great turnout. Just a heads up that our normal Tuesday nite practice has been changed to Wednesday night so that we can test out our new field. Tuesdays practice 3-6 pm and Wednesdays practice 5-8 pm. Go Spartans!

The scrimmage that was to be held at Ramona High School tonight has been Postponed until tomorrow morning at 7am. The Legacy Luncheon will still be held tomorrow after the conclusion of the scrimmage. We will update you as we have more information. Thanks. Coach McClure
UPDATE THE RAMONA SCRIMMAGE IS SET FOR 7 AM TOMORROW. PLAYERS REPORT TO SGHS LOCKER ROOM AT 4:30 AM. BUSES LEAVE AT 5 AM. SCRIMMAGE WILL START AT 7 AM. THE LEGACY LUNCHEON WILL STILL BE HELD BUT AT NOON WHEN WE RETURN. THANK YOU
