The San Gorgonio Boys swim team had one thing in mind today and that was to beat the Hawks. It was a little challenge going in short 2 boys today, but they did the next best thing, they tied 85-85, now 5-4-1 in league. As for the boys, they had 12 personal best times today: Scorpio dropped 4 more sec. in his 200 Free, while Eric dropped 12 in his 200 IM and Kyle who swam the 200 IM for the first time today, took first in the event as well. Beginner's luck, naw, just good talent on the boys swim team.

The girls did a very nice job today! 134/33, now 7-3 in league. Julie swam the 200 IM for the first time, as well as Mariana. Mariana also dropped 1 min. 3 sec. off her 500 Free time today. Grace swam 100 Fly, which was new for her and did a nice job. Zydney, a new varsity recruit from our JV team did well today on her 50 and 100 Free and made a SAL qualifying time in the 100 Breast. Wow!

JV didn't have any competition but they still had 9 personal best times. Julieta, a senior, dropped 23 seconds in her 500 Free while Alexus bettered her 50 Fly not only once, but twice today! Great Job!

San Gorgonio will be home this Thursday, 4/17 vs. SBHS @ 3:15.
